I am planning to close escrow on "B" and refinance it to pull some money out to buy "A" ( and since I may be short in cash bring on a silent partner on board).Eventually, I like to sell "B", and buy out my partner on"A", so would have "A" for myself.is this doable?

It works the same way if you purchase a bunch of stuff on your credit card for multiple properties.Say you have 3 properties, A, B, and C.

If you had done this over the last 5 years, you would be "paying" about 11% annual interest by losing the market gain that the 401k would have achieved.If you had done this recently - even worse:Say you took loan last March. 

My first investment property was purchased in March of this year, a long term hold.I'm sincerely interested in growing my real estate portfolio with fix and flip properties.

B and C-class properties are a bit intimidating, but I've been looking into techniques/tips for tenant screening, which should hopefully alleviate the worst of any potential issues.
