The wife and i are now wanting to move to Knoxville (GBO!)

I recently purchased a duplex in Knoxville, Tn.

More info:What I know about the house so far. 7 Bedroom2 Full Bath2 Kitchenspossible large home, duplex, 4 plexlocated on main st through townalmost directly in the middle between Knoxville, TN and Chattanooga, TN just off I75Needs some work but that's ok especially if we turn it into multiple units which we would like, so we can house hack it.Rent in that area closest comparable I could find was 4BR/1 BA renting for $950Still looking for home value.

I am asking for some referrals regarding different firms in the Knoxville, TN area.

I've not seriously considered this as I don't want to be in the Poconos PA region longer than need be personally, and would rather consolidate my energies on the Knoxville, TN region...but thinking I may be better off financially to hold on, so simply weighing those options. 

-Knoxville, TN: Decent rent rates, lower property taxes, high % of renters.

I'm a new investor in Knoxville, TN and wanted to know if anyone has done a limited partnership agreement with investors to fund wholesale deals and fix and flip projects with an LLC.

., our manager drove 120 miles round trip to Knoxville to the Xfinity store, and had everything up and running by about 2pm.
