I looked into this prior and there was no way if you are dissolving and changing tittle to the assets - what is your cpa saying ?

This would hopefully maintain strong cashflow from the property will providing some capital to use for the next property acquisition. 

If for some reason they can't get this sorted out by the next payment date, you should figure out how to physically escrow that payment somewhere...this at least protects your payment until you're confident who it is supposed to go to in the future.

This is when I go out and value newly vacant REOs.

This will give you more opportunities and access to various opinions about the market and properties.As to cleaning services, you'd most likely hire a property manager who'll take care of that.

If you are then this probably would not be too crazy to get it up and running with some work.
