I agree that the appreciation of homes in the right areas of Huntsville have been insane.

We had changed everything in our plan, I mean everything, and we had to press for an absolutely insane price, knowing we would have to accept whatever comes closest.

Those are insanely deflated figures.

I have a lot of real estate experience, have worked in construction and have tools to work on a property myself.We've lived in Southern and Central California, currently in SW Oregon (went to college, lots of friends here), have family in San Angelo, Texas and near Seattle. 

How long have you owned the 1 bedroom condo in San Fran and what's the end goal with that property? 

The income basis put the value at over 2x the value of comps (it was a true over 1% property in San Diego which you can imagine the value income approach showed). 

I'm sure there are in San Jose as well.

Second eviction was here in San Diego and it took 6months to get my unit back.
