Hey @Michael Quarles we also get a lot of "data trolls" contacting us from India; they make a business of providing U.S. county data.  

I still get them just like I get the IRS calling me from India or Bangladesh!

I propose you write a book about negotiating with sellers and buyers and agents, and then working with title companies and attorneys with deeds and documents and contracts.I will get on Skype and I'll then hire some VA from India to transcribe it all then get a really cool picture of some Socrates wise looking guy on the front cover saying that" if you read this book you will save a huge amount of time and missed mistakes."

I also found it to be cheaper in my area to find a VA virtual assistant from India or the Philippines to scrape the data from these sources websites.

When and if they respond, it is generally a one sentence response and like everyone else has been saying, they operate out of India so the communication process has been VERY difficult.  

I'm finding a lot of the things she can do, I can just send off to my cheaper VA in India. 

For years our company used the consulting company to source foreign talent in India. 

Recently I hired someone for some work who was based in Bulgaria... but he was traveling in India while he was working for me.
