I imagine this will be an issue? 

I have gotten more support than imagined from coaches and the group. 

I imagine this trend is due to close proximity to 3 national parks.

They they have the homes built/finished, only to wake up one day to be told by underwriters that the loan is denied and they can't close.

I imagine in time, most areas that do not already have rules and regulations (not just in Oregon) will implement them.

While I am sure you are open to sharing all that for interested buyers, I would imagine most people will want to see those just to a a very back of napkin: "is there equity left?"

Now my parents are still married but imagine if you can that one day my father comes home and declares after 40 years of marriage, that he fell in love with his secretary or one of his buddy's at work ( lol, I just had a image of my dad being gay ..) it has happened to 100's of thousands of women.

There are more neighborhoods than you can imagine.

It is easy to get burned locally . . . imagine how much easier it is investing 500+ miles away!

I imagine the trend will land somewhere in the middle--maybe with an island or breakfast bar (or something new like a work-from-home "breakfast/desk"?)
