Hi Renee Harris I’m in L.A as well , are you looking to buy notes on properties in Los Angeles or just in general ?

I placed boric acid tablets (Harris Roach tablets) around the problem areas in addition to using two different types of gels (Advion and HotShot). 

Improvement value seems like it would be a lot harder to estimate and may be the major reason why HCAD valuations can differ from market rates.So is HCAD's land valuation figure a reliable reflection of the land value of a given parcel in Harris County?

@Ryan Harris all VA Loans will require title insurance, in fact, I don't know a single lender (besides hard money) who will lend without purchasing a lenders title insurance policy.

I was more trying to figure out how to survive 1st couple of month mortgages with ni income; which now I will find another solution. 

Agents are forced to lie, cheat, steal and claw their way to get listings and close transactions, just to survive at the firm.

And my units have a lot of deferred maintenanceAt the end of next year the seller financing will be done, and an extra $4000/month will ease the pain.I think I will survive it, but in hindsight, life was great without them, ok with them but make sure you can let someone else manage them.
