I am a commercial mortgage broker with a giant buyers list, and I have many client investors looking for specific properties who are ready, willing and able to purchase today should a deal present itself that meets their specific criteria.I often hear from wholesalers who have "deals" but no buyers list.I'm wondering how to best become a matchmaker, any suggestions?

We did do that and we shipped the signed documents off to be notarized but it was during the holiday rush so it took far too long for them to reach the notary.

Being the holidays, and the market being dead around here, we didn't try too hard to get it rented yet and took our time getting it fixed up.Today we got our electric bill for the place... $458 for three empty units.Now, I know I would have needed to pay some charges for electricity, but between the three it shouldn't have been more than a $50 for using the power tools and heat on the few days that I had guys working there.So here's the lesson: TURN OFF YOUR HEAT WHEN NO ONE IS THERE.

I'm not sure on the exact timing in Idaho but in FL I can't count the day I post it, weekends or holidays so if I post on a Saturday the tenant would have until midnight on Wednesday to pay the rent and I could file on Thursday.
