I don't know all the ends and outs of that, but I think there probably has to be some kind of resolution passed by someone...county commissioners, etc to make that change...otherwise probably the state statute probably says courthouse steps at this date and time.   

I was (and still) maintain it by running the heat and electric, in addition to stopping by once a week to check on everything.  2 weeks ago when I stopped by there was the notice of the commissioners sale on the front door. 

The county commissioner isn't supportive of a non-conforming zone change thus the only option is to shut down the Mobile Home Park. 

Commissioner held that these components are “structural” and have a 27.5-year tax life.
