I am technically a little East of Orlando in Titusville area, Brevard County.

I currently live in California and I am looking more in the Midwest and east areas.

I am real estate investor with a focus on building a portfolio of SFH and Multi-family apartments primarily along the East course  .

If you're needing something around/under 250k then west/south of Fort Worth and east/south of Dallas will be good places to look.

In both of these markets crime is much higher on the East side of the river, but prices are lower. 

Yup I own and run a few vacation rentals on the west coast and I live on the east coast, I’m also developing 10acres of land into more currently. 

I grew up on the east side of the town with a well versed knowledge of the neighborhood.

Hi @Gregory Colton There are bubbling communities all over Atlanta both South, East and West.I concur with Jay Thomas regarding the job market in North Atlanta.

It has a reputation for great snow conditions and a wide variety of runs for all abilities.Sugarloaf in Maine: Sugarloaf is the largest ski area in the East, with 1,240 acres of skiable terrain and 162 trails.
