If my health was my highest life priority and I was diagnosed with a serious illness would I take drugs?

There will be the ones that won't but stocking dealers will so look for in store stocking dealers.

Overall violent crime isn't a big factor here, but there are pockets where there are a lot of drug users.Overall, like any investment, I would make sure you are familiar with the area you are buying in before you invest.  

(Because they don't want to get a license, or they can't get one).Sort of like, hey, I'm selling the briefcase, not the drugs inside of it!

Now U know why you do not want your kids hanging or staying in Seaside Heights, Point Pleasant and etc. with Snookie and the pedafiles and drug adicts that are in abundance you have to be krazy... or maybe more....Greedy or let's say "ETHICAL"You can network with the Doctors and Nurses of the senior developments and assisted living centers that know when their patients might be......... um checking out.

I have bought and fixed everything from houses over the lot line to hoarder houses to drug dens...own them all still and they are making money, but I don't want to do it anymore.  

Folks need to be very careful getting advice off the internet from those dealing in notes.I could chime in Ken Rishel who does lending compliance and ask him this question:How many dealers/brokers are in full compliance with regulations?

I have 4 properties under contract at the moment so my CPA says I'm a dealer and have to pay ordinary income taxes on my profits.As a dealer, I'm wondering if I can utilize the 1031 tax deferred exchange?

 ( Like the ones setting up a card table out front to sell there posessions for drugs and food.)
