I need to invest in other areas outside of the Bay Area such as Dallas, Charlotte, maybe Tampa . . .Houston?

I am looking to meet some of the "top or best" lenders in the Dallas area and would love to just talk to them and pick their brains on lending and credit. 

I have been looking into Las Vegas, Dallas, Houston, Austin, and Chicago as of interest (maybe anywhere in Tennessee too?). 

I live just outside of Dallas, Texas, and after I thought about it it is true that you're lucky if you break even.   

Here in Grand Prairie (Dallas) if a tenant wants to move and the landlord contacts the HA that the tenant owes back pay rent the HA will notify the tenant to pay otherwise they can't move to a new place.

I invest in the Dallas Ft Worth market. 

For example, I have 2 banks that will do this in Dallas and it took me calling about 200 banks.

Hi guys...hope all well...notsure if this is the right form to post.I have a client that bought few lands in dallas, texas from the sheriff tax sale.The redemption (6 months passed) 6 months because they are empty lots.Got them listed for sale and undercontract...now at the closing when the title company issued the policy commitment...they want to add language says they wont cover the redemption up to 2 years...

I live just outside of Dallas, Texas and bought it in 1984 and paid off my mortgage about 22 years ago.
