Then again, you may have no use for that or some of these other benefits...which is fine.If you are unfamiliar, the uniqueness of visual voicemail is that your voice messages are delivered over your carrier's data network as sound files (i.e. mp3).

If you're dealing with a captive agent such as a State Farm, Allstate etc...they may not be able to quote you for a standard liability policy, but if your agent is with a Independent brokerage firm they should have access to the type carrier you need to correct this or they should be able to issue endorsements on all the properties to add liability coverage.

ACV is cheaper but again you will get a depreciated value if you make a claim.... also make sure you have medical coverage on the policies, and try to purchase the PUP from the same carrier that is insuring the structure.
