My realtor said there has been a spike in price drops this past month.

I live south of town in Franklin, and prices here have started to spike unexpectedly in the last year.

Definitely passive income, like rentals, however quick spikes in cash/reserves can be achieved with wholesaling and flips. 

Even before all those adjustments, rates in general spiked on the most recent election day (you could say rates are "Trumped" up, omg I crack myself up) and have not come back down to pre-election levels.

CBRE said to expect a spike in demand for warehouse space from building supply companies, charities, and consumer-goods distributers.

My ultimate goal, much like everyone on here, is financial independence before it's time to hang up my spikes and retire! 

@Ray Lai, yeah I was definitely lucky to start getting some money into the market in 2014-2015 before the market started spiking up.

I would rather redeploy that capital prior to interest rates spiking over the next year.

I am seeing a spike in prices over the past 5 years in about 7 different areas of Pittsburgh.

They have a big non-refundable deposit, paid rent, and handled repairs for the year.We agreed on a price up front which ended up being good for them, since the market really spiked that hear in san diego, but we were happy that the deal was done.
