Hello Baton Rouge Multifamily Operators/Investors,We are finding it difficult to hire staff for maintenance supervisor and tech in the Baton Rouge area. 

They have no rush for me to move out, as I have a great relationship with them and my siblings, and I assist with household maintenance.Recently, a single-family home became available in the neighborhood, just a block over from my family's home and a minute from my workplace.

I made an agreement with my supervisor that I might let it a call go to voicemail if I was involved with something but shortly thereafter I would excuse myself from the floor and go to the break room and call back the tenant that had called.

In my walkthrough set up meeting with the book keeping supervisor and my personal assigned book keeper, they walked me through QBO that they had already set up (they are very systematic in their set up and process and it's very easy to follow), they showed me how to use it (or another accountant if I wanted), they had everything from my property, bank accounts etc in and walked me through.
