Retaining wall failing...picture incl.

If it were me I would weld a heavy steel tab like a 3" section of square tube to each steel post on an angle then about 6' away dig a 4' deep post hole and put a large timber or steel post in it and use my air over hydrolyic jacks to push the wall back. This would at least get the wall away from the house for a few years until you can come up with another plan and the money to do it.I just jacked a house up 6" that had sunk in one corner using four of these jacks, they lifted the place effortlessly.I'm sure you can find someone to temporarily push the wall back and brace it.

I've got all sorts of off the wall skills (wood working, tile, welding, auto repair, computer/network, electrical, ...etc), which I know is going to be my greatest strength while also causing me to struggle with hiring help.My wife and I bought for 160 in north Austin, and sold for 260 after doing some serious bathroom/bedroom/kitchen remodels.

Connecting CPVC to galvanized? CPVC or PEX?
29 July 2015 | 17 replies
Pex was designed to be very resiliant (you can freeze the pipes 2 or 3 times before it will burst and if you catch it before it does freeze that many times you can heat up the pipe and it will return to it's original form.2). if you use too much glue for the CPVC it will actually keep welding the plastic and can get too thin to the point of burst pipes.

Corona Virus.... How are you doing?

., though (lifestyle impingements). And I do realize this is mentally and financially hard on so many--hang in there--and ride the waves as they come in, and do the best you can (that's all anyone can do).And riding this thing out in beautiful Oceanside is a lot better than riding it out Wuhan China where they are welding people into their homes (the glass is either half-full or half-empty).Good Luck!
