@Thomas Welch Most people that are doing it come over the tiger to Jersey city /Bayonne /Union city / West New York / North Bergen,From some of those locations the commute is fade to the city then from Brooklyn.

@Shane Welch, yes, but the catch is that you'd have to move in within 60 days of purchase and then live there for at least a year.
