Nathan, it sounds like you're seeing some of the same type of activity in the last week we have had down here too.

Highs in the 15s and lows will be 0 this week. 

They are just waiting for a few odds and ends, but it'll be done in a week or two. 

That means weekly on going preventative maintenance fixing small problems before they become big problems. 

Things break and issues occur every day of the week, uplanned. 

We try to set up at least 3 timeslots each week when we can schedule all the showings to minimize the tenant interuptions.If they won't cooperate or cancel too many scheduled showings, we warn them we will pursue collections to the fullest extent of the law.
