The tour of the property suggests that they are good tenants - the place is in great shape, units are very clean and there is even a vegetable garden in the yard that the tenants maintain.

Annual fireworks location for $5,000 to $15,000, food truck parking for $300 per day, parking for the next door mechanic, rent to vegetable or Xmas tree or pumpkin stand annually.  

My current 2-week experiment is to get my son to eat his vegetables!

Mostly not maintaining it-not cleaning the filters, if it is an AC unit outside or a heat pump-letting vegetation grow next to it, putting stuff too close to the unit.

There are over 120 grows less than 5 miles from my house (based on a 2011 Denver Post Article on "medical marijuana" before it became legal for recreational use).The grows are located in 5,000 - 10,000 sq ft warehouses or in former nursery locations (as is the case of Dardano's Nursery where I used to buy my vegetable plant starts in the Spring).  

If it's in the right location, and already hard surfaced, I would rent out to food trucks, parking or vegetable vendors. 

If they are backed up with debris, the water can pour behind the wood fascia boards and into the building.Squirrels can also work their way into roof lines and into the attic space, allowing wind and rain in.A brand new roof should be good for 20-30 years depending on things like weather, how much sun the roof gets, hail and wind damage.Good indications of a roof on the way out: shingles starting to curl on the edges, moss or other vegetation growth, missing shingles, shingles that have shifted, staining from chimney flashing or roof vent flashing, multiple layers of shingles, torn underlayment, soft or compromised sheathing (plywood or other wood products like ceder shingles).If you can get into the attic space you might be able to see what's happening, but that's not always possible.If the roof feels soft when walking on it or touching it, the sheathing is probably water-soaked or decaying.

I use it for dogs, cats, fox, and all kinds of other animals that try to snack on my vegetable garden.  

By the time we were done, we had scraped the entire lot of all vegetation and debris... which is something I recommend strongly once you've got the machines out there.

To be a wetland it needs to have wetland vegetation, wetland soils, and wetland water characteristics.
