Has anyone done something like this before and has insight/tips/advice?

Any advice, tips, or scripts for making the initial contact and navigating this process would be greatly appreciated!

It'd be nice if I could receive help or tips from anyone (new or experienced).

One tip I have for you when it comes to finding an agent or lender go to the top of this page under BUILD YOUR INVESTING TEAM and click on AGENTS & LENDERSFrom there you will be asked a series of questions and then you'll be matched with 3-5 agents/lenders.

I could go on and on with other tips as well.
