The property does have heated radiators through out each unit. everything is separated for each unit electricity, gas, and window units in each property.

That's a very valid concern.

But I see a valid concern here as an investor and if that is a risk you don't want to take I think that is valid.

Measuring for blinds takes 15 seconds so to go and validate what was said is ok.

Our electric & gas utilities provide this service in Metro Detroit - to avoid utilities being turned off for tenant nonpayment during winter. 

I got along well with them.Some reasons for delay are valid, and I've tried to be patient.

When the reference was written it was valid but since then ISSUES have come to light and I NOT LONGER WISH TO BE ASSOCIATED with this current reference!
