I'll start working my side hustles with urgency however, the virus and ensuing panic is now getting me worried I'll bite off more than I can chew. 

We are in the middle of a once in a lifetime perfect storm where the stock market is crashing but will quickly recover after the virus dies down.

I've been a bull even with this virus running around, but things may end up taking a bit of a turn.

I have a hard time to assess the situation and evaluate how big this virus thing would impact college rentals.

Now that the world has lost their mind over the corona virus I’m wondering if I should proceed or just give away the $500 earnest money.

When people need to move, they don't have the luxury of worrying about a virus!  

I do think the extra "wrench" being thrown in all of this is the current virus outbreak and how it can/may effect all of the above. 

With all that's going on in with the virus and the stock market, some believe eventually it's impact the real estate market.

The most cost effective way to treat for any airborne virus, is to use bleach according to food safety specs or regulations.A bleach and water solution used for cleaning, is your friend.
