How Much LTV Do You Owe?

With all that's going on in with the virus and the stock market, some believe eventually it's impact the real estate market. With that being said, I'm curious to know how much LTV people are dealing with at the moment. Ironically, when rates are histrionically low like they are now, the goal is to refi cash-out equity, and since property values have climbed so much in the recent 5-7 years, it makes it an even easier decision. However, we do run the risk of renters missing out on work due to the virus, which means possibly missed rent payments.

So in times like these, how much LTV are you allowing your portfolio to sit at?
