Hi; I'd like to take a moment to compare mobile homes against low-cost SFRs under $30,000 .Lisa Phillips has great podcasts on investing in $30,000 homes in working-class neighborhoods that don't have unbearable crime problems: http://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2014/01/23...I've been reading her materials and it seems quite doable to find houses that meet the 2% rule, sometimes even 2.5% or 3%. 

When the life you lead becomes unbearable, it's time to make a change.  

The main purpose is for cooling (a must, gets unbearably hot in the summer), but hoping to be able to get rid of the radiators as well in a 600-700 sqft space.

I currently live in Dallas but the market is basically unbearable.

It's not unbearable and can save a lot of money, but you will need to do it so know that.

I can't speak to operating cost differences because we went from oil on demand to electric on demand so of course it went up but not unbearably.

For example, I live in Boston and the winter last year was unbearable with record snowfall. 

If a platform is taking on an even more comprehensive DD than the sponsor, it's unbearable and unsustainable.

Summers are unbearably humid, with tons of biting bugs everywhere.

@Mark Lane as a broker, I’ve done around two hundred million in transactions and I can honestly tell you that unless the odor was distinctively bad / unbearable while touring the home or during inspection, I would have never recommended not purchasing subject property based on pet odor alone.
