My day job is manufacturing engineering for a turbine engine repair facility here in San Antonio, but for the last year I have been investing in small online businesses.  

Also, there are no turbines on the property itself but they lie about half mile from the edge of the property.

Additional ventilation while a roof is off is pretty cheap if you are talking about an attic turbine or similar.

We live in the Jet age and I am a firm believer if you like it and can reasonably afford it travel across the globe is something only the very rich could have done up until the late 50's with the advent of turbine powered engine's...

STep up in planes for me is a Turbine or Jet for over a million and well I am getting to old to fly to ATP standards.. so will just stick to my little Cirrus.

IF you decide to sell, I have an institutional client who is buying the existing cash flow cell towers, wind turbines and billboards at a fairly good rate. 

It's just the humanity and development going everywhere thus  you see more building and it's just natural to see more disaster.But like everyone said, at the end of the day the answer is just buying Tesla or Sunpower LOLFor politician in third world country, global warming agenda is way for the elite to ask for western money ; while for the industrialist it's a way to ask China not to become the biggest polluter in the world.But both side is winning, China is producing wind turbine and solar PV ; while US is producing Tesla LOLAnd home price in FL is still way expensive LOL

Let the water release downhill to the ocean through hydro turbines.
