What part of town are you in?

But again, Chicago is a town where if you are one block over from the good area, you can go from an A to a C crossing the street.

I personally like the town of Oakhurst and the restrictions are less rigorous than Mariposa. 2.)

Consider the Local Tenant Pool & Seasonal Demand•Gainesville is a college town, so student tenants might be a big part of the rental market.

After being displaced by the Maui wildfire in Lahaina Town, I began a new journey in the Midwest.

We have a development coming up for approval with the county adding over 100 units bordering our small town and you can bet everyone that lives in our town is upset about it. in the end though, the planning commissions in our area tend to follow the letter of the law so to speak, so if there is nothing in ordinance barring it, they will approve, generally.

And the cost for a 2x4 or a sheet of drywall are the same, so I guess the labor costs are dirt cheap down there in H-town!

You can probably pay for a course when one of the sucker roadshows comes thru town, but it is a ton of money.
