Jay, I don't think Tardus ever did recommend specific investments, in fact the same Tardus poster made this same comment in a post 2 years ago, so I gotta believe them.My analysis or critique of Tardus is not that they're recommending lousy investments or getting paid to, I don't believe they are, unlike a lot of others.

But what Jay is speaking to is the NYC or California investor who invests in INDY and never travels to look at the property in person buys in C?

If you ask me, I would much rather prefer investing in my local markets or at least somewhere I can drive to. I
