(Britt Theater)Ashland - WINNER to me, but like Jacksonville I think I would do short term rentals there, take advantage of Shakespeare festival (Fall/Winter), Britt Theater (Spring/Summer - Jacksonville), and Mountain Skiing in the Winter.
