We'll have two private beach clubs (most developments in Tulum have none) and amenities at least as good if not better amenities than any other development in town. the great thing is that being close to the beach fits my lifestyle and vacation style so my goals are congruent.

I always discuss investments with others in an investor club because other people might think of things that I might miss.

We looked at investing in the Norada Notes last year with my Investment Club.

Although I won't have time for lunch or dinner on the 10th, I am available for coffee at The Athletic Club of Columbus or at my office on Parsons Avenue.

We have taken our business model on residential acquisition and applied it to farms, ranches, land development, and other opportunities such as our recent procurement of Wentworth Golf Club in the Tampa FL area.
