Sam, in NJ, I can't access the PR online...I need to go to the County Surrogate's Office and look them up manually.I expected to have angry calls, it's just difficult when they are the only calls I'm getting.

Surrogate court...nope.

Momma wants to wait and save about 50k to get another rental to move into for 2 months while we fix interior of primary and move back in then rent out the new rental.....I say we heloc or cash out refi the primary and get moving on it sooner than later at the lower rates etc.....I don't know....she has the emergency brake on as well as mashing down on the brake pedal and one foot out the door on the pavement as well....my gotta get out and go clock is about to explode knowing we have leverage and me wanting to make a move, or at least be able to make a move if something too good to pass up comes along......Guess I really need to ask a marriage counselor more than the experts here.

My tenant gave us the name of an emergency contact authorized to claim his belongings, but that person is elderly himself and doesn't seem to care about the stuff.I've made contact with a friend listed as his Health Care Surrogate.

She says she is not going to be homeless and i have tried to illustrate to her that I just simply can not afford to support her and her family as I am a single momma as well. 

The surrogate's office told me its $3 per record.

Anyway, child, child rapists’ grandmother had custody of him, because her son, the cat killer (and his even crazier pregnant gf), were not fit parental material (CPS took baby number 5 before she left the hospital; they had previously removed babies 1-4); cat killer used to date pitbull/cat lady so she and baby momma didn’t get along and would occasionally drink and fight in the alley providing entertainment for the neighbors.
