I'm from Long Beach, CA and prices here in SoCal are surreal.

The prices here are surreal and I have decided to not purchase here as I will likely not be here my to many years.I have decided I would rather purchase some rental units out of state where I am investing for cash flow rather than speculation.

It seemed surreal to be sitting there eating amongst people while all this mass murder had just occurred not far away.The horror of the event was quickly overtaken by my own personal situation.

It does sound surreal to hear that someone owns 40+ condo or properties, especially in Canada.
