It's amazing how a out of date dumpy looking house can be turned in to a modern looking stylish nice house.My wife says a large pantry is worth it's weight in gold :)I am hopefully picking up a rehab this summer so it's great reading about projects that others complete.

So to add more detail to this question, we just switched, literally, from a cleaner charging $85/clean which included restocking paper towels, tp, dish and laundry starter soap to a cleaner charging $100/clean which will include all that plus refilling stylish pump shampoo, conditioner, and soap containers, plus a linen service.

Believe it or not, my places look super stylish and I am usually 100% occupied.

if so.. i would take out adjectives that are subjective to individual person. stylish to me sounds like eccentric because everyone has their own personal style. i would like the agent to list more facts about the house. they are professionals so ask yourself.."
