The letters work just as well without all the hassle.Then I fold the letters into quarters and they fit perfectly into a white or ivory A2 invitation style envelope, (size 4 3/8 x 5 3/4), that you can pick up at Staples or Office Depot.I never use a printer to print the recipients address.

@David Krulac Approx. age 100 years We blew in behind the plaster in the rooms we didn't sheetrock, in those rooms we stapled in rolled insulation I believe.

I of course had to remove lots of staples and tack strips and this left little holes everywhere.

I probably wouldn't have done it anyway.Two things I used to always do was show them a sample of which size nail or staple (preferred) they were allowed to use if they hung Christmas lights on the exterior.

Doesn't need to be anything fancy.You could even give them a separate document that you staple to their lease that has this information in a larger font.Also you will have an idea if they could qualify since you will have their background check and credit score.
