Anyone Have a Lease Clause for Landlord as Realtor?

I have a duplex currently with the plan to add more and have recently gotten my real estate license.  I've heard of people doing this, but does anyone have a clause in their lease that says they'll essentially tear up the lease if the tenant purchases a new home using the landlord/realtor?  Any suggested language to use?
