I am currently evicting Section 8 crack smokers, and liars who keep moving other people in to live with them even though it's against Section 8 rules.

When I confronted my PM he simply explained that they hadn't ever had a problem with smokers inside the house.

The prior owners in my rental property must have been smokers.

But after reading another post on here about smells emanating from the crawl space.I am wondering now is it more than just smokers smell.It doesent smell like moisture. but I can now tell it is coming from an area between the kitchen and the living room there is a boiler there with a leak. the catch pan is full so most likely the boiler was leaking into the crawl space.as the catch pan over flows.However when I open the door to where the boiler is there is absolutely no smell in there.

In Omaha this year there have been a rash of smoker induced apartment fires.

We're getting close to October, and I can't find a decent non-smoker match who doesn't have a massive dog, an eviction, or a record.
