The house may work long term but the margins are getting slimmer by the day.GOOD DEAL?

My margins are slimmer than 3% though when I do LOs or sandwich LOs. 

They indicated that the government has intentionally slowed down the numbers of foreclosures that can be released into the market.Now first off, I have not been able to verify this but it does seem feasible since the numbers of homes available are getting much slimmer in some of the areas that I invest in including Atlanta.

A lot of people reduce their "fee" in more competitive markets where the margins are slimmer.

The values are definitely rising so cash flow seems to be slimmer but as it grows I think the rents will continue to come up with it. if you ever want to chat more feel free to send me a message! 

Assuming it's newer build it shouldn't have major issues for a while so slimmer margins aren't as bad in the mean time until rents raise with the coming inflation.

I am noticing that properties are more expensive and the pickings are slimmer than in January when I bought my last one.
