From my understanding of history Liberalism has its roots in the individuals rights to self determination, thus why  Locke, Madison, Mill, James, Wilson, ect, abhorred institutions like slavery, unbridled nationalism, tariffs, ect.

Neoliberal politicians started claiming that single-family house zones were racist and therefore needed to be abolished.

And then of course, there’s talk that Biden plans to abolish the 1031 exchange.

To many, the phrase “master bedroom” is associated with slavery and evokes imagery of violence against people of color.

And lastly they abolished all future 3-6 unit conversions altogether.Yup, SF  really encourages condo conversions!

With the various ADU bills in recent years, the OO requirement for an ADU got abolished. 

.- Kitchen Komfort cabinet line at HD are amazing. they are oak and a CHEAPER than the stock cabinets at HD (white ones)- i talked to a few different CPAs and they said the IRS "abolished" the W9 for landlords. they still want to see it for flippers, but for landlords, it's not needed anymore. that apparently happened ~2yrs ago.

Do some research, but if/when you decide to make it happen, abolish that mindset and convince yourself you're 100% going to make it happen.Good luck.
