Are you self managing those properties?

Self-driving cars are potentially amazing, but they need to capture a lot of nuance and complexities.

Much of the information in these reports is self-reported and not verified. 

I have noticed more agents get out which is more business for the long timers.

My son (age 24) however, is an independant contractor / self employed and is trying to buy a house. 

We currently have 10 single family properties in the best school districts and we self manage.

We have the means to self fund two to four properties off the bat. 

It is entirely possible to self-manage with a strong cleaning team.
