Suburban B class is also rising with the steadily improving jobs picture. i invest heavily in North Riverdale and Southern Shiloh (45405) and count a computer scientist, robotics technician, and resteraunt manager as tenants.

@Gil Segev It wouldn't take a rocket scientist to see the difference between a $45K rehab and a $100K plus teardown.  

If they can start reporting the facts (get a scientist to do it who is good with the media as they are less dramatic than the news reporters and better at sticking to the facts) and the politicians act on facts (not concerns about being sued), it would help a lot and solve most of the problems (well not create a cure for the virus). 

Considering we are a less densely populated area and everything else I mentioned, what would the scientist in you suggest?

I will soon take up a Medical Laboratory Scientist travel job with the intent to fund more real-estate buying and achieve my ultimate goal of not having to trade time for money.

With a lot of people forced to stay home, I would strongly recommend those who look to take an online course to do their due diligence on it.Secondly, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist or more than 30 minutes through scanning through this forum to understand that most gurus are marketing professionals.
