If we don't get rent, they don't get property tax, firemen don't get paid, EMT, don't get paid, County Hospitals don't get paid, Sanitation services fail, etc, etc.Everyone should pay as much as they can, everybody should help as much as they can, nobody should force anybody to do anything.

If this were a forum for dollar store owners, we would be complaining that the government implemented restrictions that we couldn't inflate prices to a "new market level" or we would complain that we are not allowed to sell all our hand sanitizer or bathroom paper to a single person.The fact is, EVERYONE is impacted by this.

@Tone Church A’s part of my apology for giving you a flippant reply to a serious question, here is some hopefully useful advice:1) national companies like Balcor have local disaster recovery operations which include this type of cleanup, and they have a direct pipeline to insurance companies etc2) local companies likely specialize in this type of removal and sanitization.

The good part of the family emptied the entire house into a dumpster and had a old motorhome towed away . ( I got pics of THEM doing it ) So today I am doing a second cleaning /sanitizing and the crack head daughter in law shows up . " Where the xxxx is my stuff ?"
