You don't need a mortgage broker, just a reputable, competent direct lender that will ask the important questions upfront to properly screen your deal.

But it’s scary to think that your hard earned money, reputation, and deals could be in jeopardy because of bad lenders.

Then of course google searches bring all these things to the front page and next thing you know reputations get hammered..
