Redefine Properties are set to construct the former Standard Bank Center into a green building.

My guess is you aren't going to be too happy with how your place looks when you finally DO gain access.Second, who are they to redefine words like "necessary"?

In addition, the city has a great beer/food/art scene that is redefining the culture and keeping folks interested in renovating and living in the once-neglected historic districts around town.

I allow vaping but not smoking. 

She has also vaped in the house in front of me when the lease clearly states no smoking or vaping of any product.

Even the worst weed gets purchased and the market is quickly moving towards edibles and vape products.I see the civil asset thing to only be an issue if you are contemplating illegal behavior. 

My leases state no smoking or vaping  of any material on the property.
