If it is a bird then duct tape a clear/white bag over a pre cut rectangle at 16oc by 3 inches high when the sheet rock falls into the bag the bird should follow if not just use heavy gloves to capure it and release outside

I imagine that excavating just under the porch or one of those rooms will be a good bit more expensive due to the non-rectangular design (foundation and framing will cost more) and excavating a larger rectangle (under the Pantry, Porch, Mom Room) will be more expensive because it's just more excavation, foundation and framing.

The size of the downspout - just the rectangle's length and width.The calculation would at least tell you if your gutter and downspout are sized correctly.
