(Expenses, income , demand analysis, supply analysis, etc. ) if you want to buy an apartment building you need to read abcs  of real estate... this book will change your whOle outlook on how to perform these types of business investments and give you a ton of confidence because the author lays it out in a very readable way...Good luck

I assume the headstones had been replaced with nicer ones at the actual cemetery and a resourceful homeowner was repurposing them (they were extremely worn down, barely readable).

In case anyone wasn't aware, Providence's new regulations on AirBnB and other short-term rentals will go into effect November 30th, 2019.See the short-term rentals page in the City's Planning department website for a human-readable explanation of the changes (complete with flow chart), or the actual ordinances here (defined on pg 20 as "The occupancy or use, for a fee, of all or portions of a dwelling unit by anyone other than the owner for a period of fewer than 28 consecutive calendar days", but the regulations are on pgs 102-103).

I would be very cautious about this and do a serious readability study to see what the best use is and whether you can attract any tenants.You could engage a commercial real estate broker to do a feasibility study and analysis for you or you could do it yourself.Basically you look for what’s missing in the area around the property then go find those businesses and ask them if they would be interested in leasing a space in that location.
