There was a guy named Robert Hetzler, here on BP, who seemed to have a pyramid scheme going, that came crushing down.

The buyer pool is like and inverse pyramid.

They basically made it sound like a pyramid scheme.

The front and back yards had been used as a junkyard, with things like concrete masonry units (cinder blocks) stacked in pyramids, 2x4s throw haphazardly around, pieces of OSB and plywood stacked against trees, and piles on piles of old siding.

I see this one though as others have mentioned its basically an MLM with the few at the top of the pyramid making huge money.

However, if I can pyramid, reach a goal and start paying off properties by snow balling, I could achieve the level of financial freedom I desire.I am taking your wisdom to heart and will make that snow ball happen as quickly as possible.

Don't build your pyramid out of greed for money but a quest for satisfaction in doing things well, the money will come. :)

With out him going into too much detail form what I gathered its some kind of educational pyramid scheme.

Press releases, videos, articles, web 2.0 sites, link pyramids, rss feeds, wiki posts, social bookmarking, social networking, profile submissions, etc. 

My end goal is to eventually pyramid up so that after my first year I can eventually sell and purchase a bigger property so on and so forth.
