I understand, I never expected an special privileges but I don't except to be financially punished because the military decides they want to send me to another state to train just to come back here 13 months later 

You are right in that they can be punished.

If it had stopped Themistocles, the entire western world might well be utterly ignorant and backward today, perhaps trying to beat their god-king's punishment into water, as the historian Herodotus recorded that Xerxes's slaves once were ordered to flail at the surface of the Hellespont, to punish it for being unruly and not allowing the Persian army to cross it easily.

The numbers are off the charts.  7)  Income tax - The city punishes those that liive in the city with a 1.25% income tax. 

So, the judge is going to "punish" you for bringing this before the court? 

@Ned Carey, back east you have punishing property taxes when compared to most of the west.  

Ultimately, they are punishing decent landlords because of the neglect of a few slumlord types.

Contacting their chain of command will get that taken care of real quick as they can actually face punishment within the military under the UCMJ for that as well.

I hate a tax system that punishes people that make a profitSales tax all the way.

As it is not us who would be punished/penalized.
