Not intending to self-promote, just pointing out something many people might not be aware of.  

I believe the point of contention with many who were on the OP's case in the older thread was his unwillingness to disclose his role in the promoted projects in his BiggerPockets profile.

Doesn’t YouTube have standards against publishing or promoting fraudulent behaviors?  

This is considering that at $615k I have build $150k worth of equity.Now if my rate was 4.75% when BRRRR was really promoted before 2020.

If what you said is correct, it definitely makes sense now (how he teaches and does his training - no experience as a personal student of his).It is true and just about every sales person and sponsor they promote is from RE Mentor.

It is a promotional gimmick.So to reiterate someone who wanted the bragging rights of having a 2.99% instead of 3% is the same type of person who would argue with every comment in this thread to prove they are right.

Since joining this club I have a new attitude at work and have received a promotion every year since I have been involved and closed some deals on the side.
