After completing 3 of the 10 courses from the Road Map Courses, we started to express our concerns and dissatisfaction with the program to our CPA, who talked us into ‘giving the program a chance’ and continuing with the coursework and the meetings.

I’m in NYC- a client of mine exclusively buys studios or 1 bedroom apartments for CityFheps (a voucher program as well)…they pay over $2500/month for a studio!

The program required half of the profits from the sale be paid back into the program. A

Florida has one of the most dysfunctional insurance markets in the country (if not the worst) primarily subsidized by a State program as an insurer of last resort.

@ryangoldfarb I will note this program as I am not against turnkey properties.

Your local housing commission may sponsor owner seminars to get you spun up on the rules.Unfortunately, it's the dirtbag S8 tenants who give the entire program a bad rap.
