To really connect with investors here, you need to contribute consistently to the forums and have some of your deals posted on your profile.

A B class rental here is probably different than a B class rental in your area as is the profile of the tenant that occupies it.

TENANT PROFILE: tenants are the biggest influence on Neighborhood and Property Class.- If you don't believe us, think about what will happen if you put several Class D tenants in a Class A apartment building.

Find a good deal and get some real estate experience--don't focus so much on that real estate having to fit some specific profile.
