I currently use Wells Fargo and it’s a pain in the butt to keep going there in person and setting up a security deposit account.

A person doesn't have to like these new realities but realities they are none the less.

Also, would this loan help build my personal credit, or would it only report to business credit bureaus under my LLC?

The person calling you is on a money grab. you do not need a wyoming trust.

Be candid and do it in person.

When in process of transferring duties to next persons, the newer persons start in the LLC, eventually take over that role, the exiting person remains on at trust, later bringing in the replacing person to that role as well.

Since the original loan was apparently for a primary residence an LLC could never qualify because it isn't a person who would owner occupy the property. 2.

I will make that proposal to the person I am talking and see where it goes.
